What is Crowdcast?

Crowdcast is the platform we use to broadcast each session. In order to watch a session, you will be required to have a Crowdcast attendee account and login to Crowdcast on the day of the event. 

How do I create a Crowdcast attendee account?

Step 1: Simply click on this link to our Crowdcast event, which should take you here:

Is a Crowdcast attendee account the same as a Virtual LeaderCon membership account?

No.


Your membership on VirtualLeaderCon.com is where you will find all of the information about the entire event - including broadcast access on the event day, agenda, speaker information, resources, on-demand access after the event (for Premium and Premium+ members), and other promotional offers. You will be able to access the broadcast on Crowdcast from within your membership portal on VirtualLeaderCon.com.


Crowdcast is our broadcast vendor. We use their platform to provide a robust virtual conference experience. They require their own attendee accounts to make sure everyone gets to the right event within their site, as they hosts hundreds of different events each day. You will not be able to access your VirtualLeaderCon.com membership portal from within Crowdcast.

How do I watch the sessions?

Step 1: Log into your Virtual LeaderCon membership portal on September 20.

*If the session says, "Remind me when this starts" and it's the time it should be live, click that button to enter the session and login with your Crowdcast credentials.

How do I schedule reminders about upcoming sessions?

For sessions that have not yet started, you can sign up to receive a reminder email 10 minutes before the start time. Once you are logged in to Crowdcast, simply click the "Save My Spot" button for the event or any individual session.

What if I'm busy and can't make a session? Will they be recorded?

Yes! Each live session will be recorded. The video recordings, audio only recordings, and transcripts of each session will be available to Premium and Premium+ members in your Virtual LeaderCon membership portal later that week.
